You’re getting exactly what it says: clean, white, apartment-style rooms with the holy grail of Riga travel – free parking that you don’t have to fight tourists for every morning.

The location on Garozes iela is one of those spots that locals probably drive past without thinking twice, but for visitors it’s actually brilliant. You’re far enough from the Old Town chaos that you can actually sleep (no drunk stag parties stumbling past your window at 3 AM), but close enough that a quick tram ride or even a decent walk gets you to all the main attractions. The self check-in thing threw me off at first – I mean, you know how it is when you’re tired and just want someone to hand you a key – but it’s actually pretty smooth once you get the hang of it. Plus, no awkward small talk when you roll in at weird hours, which honestly was perfect after those long Baltic summer days when you lose track of time wandering around.

Three stars might seem modest on paper, but when a place nails the basics this well – reliable wifi, hot water that actually stays hot, and yes, that parking I keep mentioning – it honestly beats a lot of fancier places that promise the world but can’t deliver on simple stuff that actually matters when you’re traveling.

  An excellent accommodation! The host is nice and welcoming, she helps you with informations and if you need anything. Besides all the many facilities, the accommodation also has a beautiful and large balcony. We warmly recommend this place!

  Nice apartment, very clean and well equipped, big balcony, good Wi-Fi, quiet neighborhood, nice host. There is a lot of public transport nearby to get to the center. No problem with parking

  What could be improved: The outside of the building looks really scary but the inside is okay. It's s about an 1 hour walk from the old part of the city but I'm a walker so it's okay for me.

  I stayed at Ludmila’s apartment to recover after a surgery, and it was bright, comfortable and had everything one could wish for – big sofa, plenty of pillows and blankets, small TV, fully equiped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, spacious balcony, large bathroom, plenty of closet space, etc. There are shops nearby and plenty of public transport opportunities. The apartment was quiet – there were no disturbing noises from street or from neighbours. The host was very warm, responsive and welcoming – Ludmila was checking on us and brought fresh bed linens and towels regularly during our stay. She even brought us some apples and tomatoes from her garden. 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Even though the apartment is in good condition, there were quite some things that were a bit broken, for example, one side of sofa was loose, one drawer in TV stand was not closing properly, wheels in dishwasher were broken, all knives but one were dull and impossible to cut anything. The apartment is located on 4th floor with no elevator.
  But dispite these inconviences, it was still pleasant and comfortable stay.
