The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The furniture is comfortable but not fancy, there’s proper storage space for longer stays, and the bathroom has decent water pressure (always a gamble in older buildings here). I did notice the walls are a bit thin – you might hear your neighbors if they’re being loud, but nothing worse than most places in this price range.

Honestly, for a 3-star rating, this place punches above its weight. The 8.2 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting for the price point. It’s not trying to be boutique or trendy, it’s just a solid base for exploring Riga without the markup of staying in Vecrīga proper. The check-in was straightforward – they actually met me at the apartment rather than making me trek to some office across town. If you’re the type who wants to experience Riga like you’re living there temporarily rather than just passing through, this is your spot. Just don’t expect room service or a concierge – you’re basically renting someone’s well-maintained apartment in a neighborhood where real people live, which is exactly why it works.

  Talon julkisivu/rappukäytävä hieman rapistunut mutta asunto erittäin siisti ja hieno. Hyvin tilaa kahdelle ihmiselle. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi huoneistosta. Autolla helppo tulla, parkkipaikka kadulla. Pieni kauppa aivan talon vieressä. Rauhallinen alue.
