  Talon julkisivu/rappukäytävä hieman rapistunut mutta asunto erittäin siisti ja hieno. Hyvin tilaa kahdelle ihmiselle. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi huoneistosta. Autolla helppo tulla, parkkipaikka kadulla. Pieni kauppa aivan talon vieressä. Rauhallinen alue.
