I mean, we’re talking about a five-star five-minute stroll to the medieval streets, and maybe ten minutes to reach the stunning Art Nouveau district that the city’s famous for. The parking situation is fantastic too — they offer free private parking right on site, which is honestly a huge relief in a city center where finding a spot can be a real headache. Couples seem to absolutely love this place (and I can see why), probably because you can just park once and explore everything on foot.

The Space

The apartment itself feels surprisingly spacious for a city center location. What I really appreciated was the thoughtful layout — everything flows naturally, and you’ve got all the modern touches you’d expect without feeling sterile. The kitchen is well-equipped enough that you could actually cook a proper meal if you wanted to, though with Riga’s restaurant scene right outside your door, you might not feel the need to. The room has this nice balance of being contemporary but still cozy — good lighting, comfortable furnishings, and windows that actually let in plenty of natural light.

Daily Life Here

Staying here feels less like being in a hotel and more like having your own little base in the city. Mornings are particularly nice — you can grab coffee from one of the local cafés just around the corner, or make your own and plan your day without feeling rushed. The neighborhood has this lived-in quality that I really like; it’s not just tourist central, but you’ll see locals going about their daily business too. There’s a good restaurant scene within walking distance, from traditional Latvian spots to more international options.

The perfect 10 rating really makes sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s that combination of being exactly where you want to be in Riga, having everything you need in terms of comfort and amenities, and feeling like you’re getting genuine value.   Švarus, tvarkingas, jaukus butas. Virtuvėje yra viskas, ko reikia, jeigu nori gamintis maistą. Vonioje yra higienos priemonės, rankšluosčiai. Yra kiemas uždaromais vartais, kuriame ya vieta automobilio parkavimui. Netoli yra maisto parduotuvės. Nėra toli nueiti iki miesto centro ir pėsčiomis. Maloni šeiminkė atvykus mūsų jau laukė, viską parodė. Patogu grąžinti raktus. Jei tektų vėl važiuoti į Rygą, mielai vėl pasirinktume šią nakvynės vietą.

  Viskas buvo nuostabu, vietą miesto centras viskas ranka pasiekiama. Savininkė labai maloni ir kaina nėra didelė. Džiaugiuosi pasirinkęs šią vietą. Ateityje būtinai grįšiu! ☺️
