And if you need to catch a taxi or rideshare, drivers know exactly where Marijas iela is.

  That is a lovely small flat in the city centre, with a very comfortable location close to public transport, big shopping malls, supermarkets nearby and just 10 mins walking from Old Town. In general, the apartment is nice, cozy, stylish, with everything you need inside, photos are absolutely same to what you see. The building is marvellous. And all the procedures of check-in & check-out are very comfortable. And also the owner was super nice and helpful.

  The location of the apartment is very convenient. It is not far from the railway station and around there are a lot of cafes and places to eat or by groceries.
  
  What could be improved: Although the place is recently renovated and in general the photos are truthful, but the host approach to accepting guests and the real experience of staying is far from "luxurious":
  
  1. The heating did not work, and the host knew about it, but did nothing to improve the situation (no electric heater, no blankets etc.). During the night it was 3-4 degrees and with a big window in a small room it was freezing. There is only one thin summer blanket, and when I asked for an additional one, the host just replied that they do not have one. So if there are 2 people traveling, and you do not like o share a blanket – good tip for you not to pick this place.
  
  2. The house is recently renovated and all the flats on the floor were still under construction. And the indication that the flat is soundproof is not true. I even have a voice record of two people talking in the corridor, and you can hear every word.
  
  3. The minor thin, that just added to the unpleasant experience, from time to time there was a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Maybe it was because of the renovations in other flats, or there is some problem with the plumbing.
