It’s tucked away on this quiet stretch of Lāčplēša street where you can actually hear yourself think – which is saying something in Riga’s center. The whole place has this understated charm that grows on you. It’s not trying to be flashy or Instagram-perfect, but there’s something genuinely welcoming about it. The rooms are thoughtfully put together – good lighting for reading, proper curtains that actually block out those endless summer nights, and honestly, some of the most comfortable beds I’ve encountered in a 3-star property. The staff seems to know their stuff too, which makes a difference when you’re figuring out things like where to grab groceries or whether that restaurant down the street is worth trying. They pointed me toward this little bakery on Elizabetes that I never would’ve found otherwise – the kind of local tip that makes a trip memorable.

What really sets this place apart though is the location itself. You’re about a fifteen-minute walk from Old Town, but you’re also right in the heart of what feels like real Riga life. There’s a tram stop practically at your doorstep, and the whole Centrs district spreads out around you with its mix of art nouveau buildings and everyday neighborhood spots. I loved walking back in the evenings, especially during those long Baltic summer days when the light hits the buildings just right. The area gets lively but not rowdy – more like people actually living their lives than just passing through. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, but honestly, you won’t need a car much once you’re settled in. The 9.7 rating this place has earned? Yeah, I can see why. It’s one of those spots that just gets the details right without making a big deal about it.

  Amazing apartment! Everything is new, functional, stylish, the location is great, exactly what we were looking for. All five girls were extremely happy with the accommodation.

  The door had an electronic key, it was very easy to get in.
  Apartment is stylish and lovely, fits 4 people comfortably, has everything you need for a comfortable living, as well as there are restaurants and shops nearby.

  Eine großzügige, modern eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung die alles hat, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht.
  Zugang funktionierte problemlos und auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter klappte hervorragend.
  Schade; dass wir nur zwei Nächte geblieben sind.
  
  Die Außenfassade und das Treppenhaus sind sehr heruntergekommen, umso erleichterter waren wir dann, als wir die Wohnung selbst gesehen haben.
  
  Parkplätze waren fußläufig in ausreichender Zahl zur Verfügung und kosteten 12 Euro für 24 Stunden.
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock im Hinterhaus ohne Lift, mit Koffern ist es also eine ziemliche Schlepperei.

  What could be improved: il palazzo purtroppo non è nelle migliori condizioni (scale e ingresso necessiterebbero di diversi restauri) ma noi ci siamo adattati serenamente.

  Das Appartement bietet alles, was man braucht und ist hervorragend gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit Janis war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Ich würde das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

  Dejlig stor lejlighed det lever op til forventningerne.
  2 store værelser med dobbeltseng, dog med dobbelt dyne hvilket jeg ikke er så vild med.
  Alt var fint, i stuen er der Netflix.
  I køkkenet er der både ovn, mikroovn samt dolce gusto.
  
  Det ligger på en høj 3 sal så man skal ikke være dårligt gående.
