  Very well equipped apartment (everything you could need even if staying for a long period).

  Spacious, extremely nice staff. Clean. Parking is ok.
  
  What could be improved: Only thing I didnt like the edge from the main room to the toilet isint marked. The edge is sharp tile. I hit my foot on it the first minutes and cut my leg open.

  Very stylish loft. Host provided us with quite detailed information about arriving to destination, parking, checking in. Very good kitchen equipment. Good location if going to concert in Palladium or even visiting centre and old town of Riga.
  
  What could be improved: Bed mattress was too soft for our preference.
  
  Even though, its not a problem for a short stay, but I guess people spending two or more nights would love to use some kind of cabinet to store their clothes (instead of the stand in the corner of bedroom).

  Location, city centre and old town in 10-15 min walking distance, possibility to park the car, good internet.
  All info on accommodation was provided clearly and timely.
  
  What could be improved: It is perfect for a couple, but we were with a teenager, so although the bedroom if a “separate” space from the living room there is no door between them and all inhabitants actually are in the same room. May be a curtain between the could help.
  The staircase due to the age of the building may be either romantic or little frightening.
