Tucked away on Tērbatas street in Riga, this three-star spot doesn’t scream “look at me” from the outside, but that’s actually part of its charm. The building has this understated elegance that feels authentically Latvian, and when you step inside, there’s an immediate sense that someone really cares about this place.

Parking can be a bit tricky in this area, but they’ll point you toward the best options nearby. Breakfast isn’t included, but there’s a lovely bakery about two blocks away that became my morning ritual. The Wi-Fi actually works well throughout the building, which isn’t always a given in these older Riga buildings.
